What is a CEO Action Planning Group?

A group of like minded CEOs who get together monthly both with their group plus 1 on 1 action coaching sessions with their chair, John McAdam.  In the group meeting, a core business topic of importance to the group is presented, reviewed, then discussed and applied in a roundtable format.  In the 1 on 1 action planning session, a topic of importance to the member is selected, reviewed and put into action.

Members are business leaders who have primary of the decision making authority within their company.  A CEO who values trusted advisors, networking, learning, and planning before taking action tends to get the most out of their group and time spent with their chair.

The chair of the action planning group, John McAdam, is an experienced CEO, serial entrepreneur, Wharton MBA, and veteran trusted advisor who facilitates action planning directly with the CEO 1 on 1, among the CEO group and between fellow CEOs.
