Services & Process
We offer three levels of business plan review as outlined below. Each engagement includes an information exchange, business plan review time, written report, and follow up time related to action planning. As the engagement scope increases the report length, action planning, research depth, recommendations and referrals increases accordingly. The process is simple. First we finalize the most appropriate engagement scope with you via telephone. Next, client payment via check payable to Pioneer Business Ventures must be received before the actual review process begins. Afterwards, the reporting phase normally takes about two weeks to complete. The follow up and action planning phase then commences in accordance with the engagement scope level selected.
